I regularly employ Swedish, Deep Tissue and Trigger point work in each customized massage session. I've studied a variety of modalities including, Pre- and Post- Natal, Aruvedic and Energy work. I've treated injured athletes and performers, medical personnel, professionals as well as many moms and dads. My clients range from age 8-80 and often hear me say that self care is an art.
